Sales Executive (New Business) Europe

Job Description:

Morphean is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team and drive growth in the European region. The ideal candidate will be multilingual, with fluency in German and English being essential, & French considered as a bonus. This remote-based role involves selling our security software solutions on a subscription basis, primarily targeting the German region and expanding across Europe. The candidate should have a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly within the security software, IoT, cloud, and IT hardware sectors.

Responsibilities:

Business Development:

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the security software market.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, consultants, and customers.
• Implement effective sales strategies to meet company targets
• Comfortable with presenting Morphean’s solutions to new and existing partners on a frequent basis.
• Partner closely with technical experts, product managers, and sales representatives to deliver comprehensive solutions to new clients.
• Promote and expand market presence for products and solutions from key vendors.

Product Knowledge:

• Familiarity with IoT principles, cloud computing, and IT software sales.
• Familiarity with end-to-end IT Management systems.
• Familiarity with security software, encompassing VMS, access control systems, and related technologies considered a bonus.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Microsoft 365 literate.

What we offer:

This is a remote based role in Europe with the opportunity to work from home. A suitable home office space is required for this position with hardware provided by the business.

You will be part of a European team of professionals collaborating via video calls, with the opportunity to also work locally in person with your direct line manager on a regular basis.
